What I do as a business analyst

Business analyst and ERP consultant with years of full-cycle implementation experience across Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR and Operations. I turn business requirements into functional and technical specifications, process flows and documentation that development teams build against.

Map and specify

Map As-Is processes with client finance and operations teams, design To-Be flows, and write the specifications developers build against.

Configure and customise

Build document printouts and Odoo Studio customizations, and specify custom modules for the development team.

Document and sign off

Own project documentation: handover acceptance reports (BAST), meeting minutes, UAT scripts and sign-off.

Train users

Train 200+ client users across 50+ sessions, and produce SOPs and user guides.
